I just want to take a moment to say thanks to God for all of the blessings I have in my life today. I am thankful for my family, friends, health and Racing for Recovery and know who is responsible for all of this.

Today is my daughter Madison's 4rth birthday and again I am reminded of what life is really about.

Great trip to Baltimore and Phiadelphia last week. Thanks to Elite bikes to fitting me for what will be my new ride for 2007. Also thanks to Tony and Metabolix for making me a part of their triathlon team in 07.

Life just keeps getting better and better and it all started with not drinking or drgging anymore.
