Hailey Idaho Meeting

I am pleased to announce the brand new Racing for Recovery group meeting in Hailey, Idaho starting Wednesday November 15. Special thanks to Bart and Steve for implementing this meeting and getting us rolling out there. I am very thankful for their efforts and know our format will help many people in Hailey.

I did an intervention last night with a family who I have known for years. I wish I had the miracle cure that I could give to each person and their family who is suffering and say "take this and you will be better". The fact is this change has to come with in each of us who is battling addiction. It is not about doing certain "steps" it is simply looking into your soul and saying "I don't want this life anymore and I am willing to do what it takes to get better". "With Sobriety Anything is Possible" but we must start with ourselves first.

I hope and pray that my friend and everyone out there who is suffering finds what I and many others have and that is gratitude, spirituality, health, family and friends. Life is out there for the taking but the substances must be cleared away and a deep look at what is driving us to use needs to be addressed.
